Founded in 2003, Cutting Edge Events T/A Cutting Edge Travels is an IATA accredited Event and Destination Management Company. We offer a broad spectrum of services including Corporate Travel, Sports Tours, Leisure Travel and Wedding Planning amongst others.
Over the years our company has developed a reputation for superior quality, impeccable execution and personalized service. Consequently, we have been appointed as Official Travel Agent/Participating Tour Operator for some of the world’s leading events including the FIFA World Cup 2010 South Africa and the ICC Cricket World Cup 2011.
Mr. Mayank Khandwala
Co-Founder of the company, Mayank is an extremely passionate cricketer and has captained the Cricket Club of India (CCI) tea m from 1991-2000. He was the former Hon. Jt. Secretary of the Mumbai Cricket Association and has also served on various committees of the Board of Control for Cricket n India (BCCI). Currently Mayank is the Jt. Hon. Secretary Cricket Sub-Committee at the CCI and also a member of The Committee at the MCA. At Cutting Edge, Mayank has had extensive experience in the areas of corporate incentive travel and marketing and promoting sports events including the ICC Cricket World Cup events, IPL and FIFA World Cup 2010.
Mrs. Harinder Gandhi (Dimple Gandhi)
Co-Founder and Director of Cutting Edge, Dimple has been in the business of travel and tourism for over 16 years. In 1994, she started Map Travels a travel services company specializing in domestic and overseas tours, cruises and ticketing. A keen traveler herself, Dimple has a passion for creating enjoyable travel experiences for both corporate and leisure travelers. Over the years, she has had extensive experience in handling large MICE Groups, Wedding Planning and Logistics, providing travel services for discerning leisure travelers and in the execution of sports tours.
Mr. Kiran More
A former Cricketer, Kiran has played several ODIs and Test Matches for India including the ICC Cricket World Cups from 1985 to 1993. He was the Honorary Secretary of The Baroda Cricket Association, has served on various committees of the Board of Control for Cricket In India (BCCI) and is on the Board of Directors for Cutting Edge.
Ms. Anjana Desai (Anju)
Anjana has been part of the travel industry for over 24 years. At Cutting Edge, she oversees back office operations including ticketing, visas, logistics, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and focuses on leisure travel for the high-end travel segment (FITS).
