TOURIST VISA

  • 1 Form to be filled in properly by the pax.
  • 2 Photos (2 x 2 in size matt finish & only in milky white background - No Polaroid or Digital, only Kodak paper).
  • Complete hotel address and if staying with relatives or friends then their complete address with telephone numbers.
  • Exact nature of business to be filled in the form correctly.
  • Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with name & designation of the signatory.
  • Proof of income i.e. last 3 years I-T Challan or TDS Certificate.
  • Latest bank statement, Salary Certificate, Bank FDR's, Bank Fixed deposit receipts.
  • Sponsorship/ Invitation letter in case of family visit.

  • Please provide a recent photograph (not more than 6 months old) of yourself.
  • The photographs should be in colour and: - Taken against a light background (white or off-white) so that features are distinguishable and contrast against the background.
  • Clear and of good quality.
  • Printed on normal photographic paper.
  • Unmounted - 45 mm x 35 mm in size.
  • Full face (without sunglasses and normally without a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).
